Position Overview
AHK Solutions is seeking a highly professional and analytical Business Analyst with strong experience in IT product-based companies. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, defining product scope, and ensuring successful delivery of software products.
This role requires strong expertise in product documentation, stakeholder management, process improvement, and Agile methodologies, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis

Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to define product needs.

Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical documentation.
Product Documentation & Specification

Prepare and maintain:

Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
-
Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
-
User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
-
Process flows, wireframes, and use cases
-

Ensure proper documentation for product features, enhancements, and releases.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
-
Act as a liaison between business teams, product managers, and development teams.

Ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and product priorities.

Facilitate communication to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Agile & Sprint Execution Support

Work in Agile/Scrum environments and support sprint planning and backlog grooming.

Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure smooth sprint execution.

Participate in daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Process Improvement & Business Optimization

Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.

Identify risks, gaps, and bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.

Support automation and workflow optimization initiatives.
Testing & Implementation Support

Support QA teams by validating requirements and reviewing test cases.
-
Ensure successful UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by coordinating with stakeholders.

Assist in product launch, training, and post-deployment support.
Requirements & Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
-
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT product-based companies.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

Excellent expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis.

Strong command over Agile methodologies and product development workflows.
-
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.

Knowledge of wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Lucidchart, etc.).

Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps.

Understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations is a strong advantage.

Exposure to UI/UX collaboration and product design workflows.
