Role Overview:
As an Off-Plan Agent, you will manage the entire client journey, from lead generation to property tours, negotiation, and closing sales. You will personally conduct property viewings and presentations to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and sell off-plan properties from leading developers.

• Conduct property tours and on-site presentations, explaining project features, floor plans, payment plans, and handover timelines.

• Generate leads via networking, referrals, and property portals.

• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and ROI potential.

• Prepare, review, and process contracts and agreements accurately.

• Negotiate deals and close sales to meet targets.

• Maintain client database and ensure consistent follow-ups.

• Stay updated on Dubai real estate laws, developer policies, and project launches.

Requirements:

• Freshers welcome (commission-based).

• Candidates with up to 1 year experience: basic salary + commission.

• Knowledge or interest in off-plan real estate.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
