Job Description:

RHK Properties is building a creator-driven marketing engine to expand our digital presence through high-quality influencer collaborations and User-Generated Content (UGC).

We are hiring a Creator Partnerships Specialist to identify, source, onboard, and manage creators while ensuring all partnerships are measurable, brand-aligned, and performance-driven.

This role is the operational bridge between the creator economy and RHKs marketing growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

This role covers five core pillars:

1. Creator Sourcing & Outreach

  • Identify micro-influencers, UGC creators, and podcasters across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms

  • Build and maintain an active creator pipeline

  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and collaboration terms

2. Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for creators

  • Manage briefs, contracts, guidelines, and campaign schedules

  • Ensure creators align with RHKs brand tone and luxury positioning

3. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Coordinate content production, review, approvals, and publishing

  • Support marketing campaigns through creator storytelling

  • Ensure timely delivery of UGC assets and influencer posts

4. Tracking, Reporting & ROI Measurement

  • Monitor reach, engagement, clicks, and follower growth

  • Maintain campaign performance dashboards and creator reporting trackers

  • Deliver weekly tactical updates and monthly executive summaries

5. Brand Representation & Compliance

  • Enforce brand values, messaging guidelines, and professionalism

  • Maintain long-term creator partnerships and talent pool development

  • Reporting accuracy and consistency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field

  • 2–4 years experience in influencer marketing, UGC campaigns, or creator partnerships

  • Proven experience managing content creators and social media collaborations
