Position Overview:

As a Graphic Designer at Rhk properties, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for our marketing materials, website, and other promotional materials. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to develop creative concepts and bring them to life through various mediums. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and grow within our dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media graphics

- Design and maintain our company website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and up to date

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotions

- Work closely with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all materials

- Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate them into our designs

- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Conduct research and gather information to support design decisions

- Communicate and present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Experience with web design and content management systems (WordPress, Squarespace)

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
