CRM Manager (HubSpot & Email Marketing)

Position Overview

AHK Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven CRM Manager to manage and optimize our customer relationship management system, sales funnels, and marketing automation processes.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, funnel management, and email marketing automation, ensuring improved lead nurturing, higher conversions, and smooth customer engagement throughout the buyer journey.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Funnel Management

  • Manage and optimize end-to-end sales and marketing funnels to improve lead conversion and customer retention.

  • Monitor pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement funnel improvement strategies.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, deal stages, workflows, and reporting structures in HubSpot.

  • Ensure proper lead tracking and lifecycle management from lead generation to closure.

HubSpot Administration & Automation

  • Configure and manage HubSpot CRM including dashboards, pipelines, workflows, and lead scoring.

  • Develop and optimize automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.

  • Ensure smooth integration of HubSpot with other tools, platforms, and marketing systems.

  • Train and support internal teams on best CRM practices and HubSpot usage.

Email Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot Marketing tools.

  • Build segmented email lists and targeted customer journeys.

  • Create automated drip campaigns and lead nurturing sequences.

  • Monitor campaign performance including open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and engagement.

Reporting & Performance Analytics

  • Generate regular reports on funnel performance, CRM activity, and campaign outcomes.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance and conversions.

  • Track KPIs and maintain performance dashboards for management reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams to align CRM strategy with business goals.

  • Support lead management, pipeline tracking, and retention strategies.

  • Ensure data accuracy and process efficiency across all departments.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role.

  • Strong hands-on expertise in HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing Automation.

  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead pipelines, and conversion optimization.

  • Practical knowledge of email marketing strategies, segmentation, and automation workflows.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

  • Experience with B2B CRM operations and performance marketing.

  • Familiarity with CRM integrations, APIs, and reporting tools.

  • Understanding of customer lifecycle management and growth marketing strategies.

  • Experience with lead scoring, nurturing automation, and conversion tracking.
