Position Overview
AHK Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven CRM Manager to manage and optimize our customer relationship management system, sales funnels, and marketing automation processes.
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, funnel management, and email marketing automation, ensuring improved lead nurturing, higher conversions, and smooth customer engagement throughout the buyer journey.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Funnel Management

Manage and optimize end-to-end sales and marketing funnels to improve lead conversion and customer retention.

Monitor pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement funnel improvement strategies.

Maintain accurate CRM records, deal stages, workflows, and reporting structures in HubSpot.

Ensure proper lead tracking and lifecycle management from lead generation to closure.
HubSpot Administration & Automation

Configure and manage HubSpot CRM including dashboards, pipelines, workflows, and lead scoring.

Develop and optimize automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.

Ensure smooth integration of HubSpot with other tools, platforms, and marketing systems.

Train and support internal teams on best CRM practices and HubSpot usage.
Email Marketing & Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot Marketing tools.

Build segmented email lists and targeted customer journeys.

Create automated drip campaigns and lead nurturing sequences.

Monitor campaign performance including open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and engagement.
Reporting & Performance Analytics

Generate regular reports on funnel performance, CRM activity, and campaign outcomes.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance and conversions.

Track KPIs and maintain performance dashboards for management reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams to align CRM strategy with business goals.

Support lead management, pipeline tracking, and retention strategies.

Ensure data accuracy and process efficiency across all departments.
Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role.

Strong hands-on expertise in HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing Automation.

Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead pipelines, and conversion optimization.

Practical knowledge of email marketing strategies, segmentation, and automation workflows.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
