Job Summary

We are hiring an analytics-driven Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant who can go beyond selling properties and act as a true investment advisor to clients.

Our company's mission is to educate buyers and investors, helping them make confident decisions through market knowledge, deal analysis, and value-based guidance. The ideal candidate is strong with numbers, ROI evaluation, and explaining opportunities clearly to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Deal Education

  • Educate clients on property investments using data, trends, and financial insights.

  • Help buyers and investors understand:

    • ROI and rental yields

    • Capital appreciation potential

    • Market cycles and pricing benchmarks

  • Provide value-driven recommendations instead of pushy sales tactics.

Deal Analysis & Investment Evaluation

  • Analyze deals based on:

    • Comparable transactions (CMA)

    • Rental income projections

    • Service charges and ownership costs

    • Exit strategies and future appreciation

  • Prepare clear investment breakdowns for clients before closing deals.

Property Sales & Leasing Execution

  • Manage end-to-end buying, selling, and leasing transactions.

  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closing support.

  • Work with admin teams on Forms A, B, and F documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with RERA and DLD regulations.

Business Development & Market Intelligence

  • Build a pipeline of serious buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.

  • Stay updated on Dubai market movements, new launches, and pricing trends.

Performance & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate deal pipelines, forecasts, and client follow-ups.

  • Achieve monthly revenue and transaction targets.

  • Provide structured reporting to Sales Leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate brokerage.

  • Strong understanding of Dubai property market (off-plan + secondary).

  • Comfortable working with numbers, financial analysis, and deal evaluation.

  • Ability to explain complex investment decisions in a simple way.

  • Professional, consultative, and client-first mindset.

Preferred Skills (Highly Valued)

  • Experience working with investors and high-net-worth clients.

  • Strong analytical ability (Excel, ROI models, deal comparisons).

  • RERA license or eligibility to obtain one.

  • Multilingual is a plus (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, etc.).
