Job Summary

We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors, riders, and partners specifically for our Delivery Services operations. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, confidence in communication, and the ability to interact with overseas partners. Prior experience in calling or coordinating with international contacts is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential delivery partners, fleet service providers, and rider resources

• Conduct market research to find the best resources for operational efficiency

• Maintain a database of potential vendors and track engagement

• Coordinate with internal operations teams to understand sourcing requirements for delivery services

• Communicate confidently with local and overseas partners to negotiate terms and onboarding

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and delivery technology solutions

• Ensure timely onboarding and performance tracking of sourced resources

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in verbal and written interaction

• Calling experience or direct engagement with partners and vendors is a plus

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

• Ability to efficiently research, identify, and evaluate potential resources

• Prior experience in sourcing, recruitment, or vendor management preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office and online research tools

• Full-time onsite availability
