Job Description: Fleet Supervisor (Bike Riders)

Position Overview

My Delivery Services LLC is looking for an experienced and well-organized Fleet Supervisor to manage daily operations of bike riders working with leading delivery platforms in the UAE, including Noon Food, Noon Minutes, Talabat, and Keeta.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in fleet supervision, rider scheduling, performance monitoring, KPI tracking, and productivity management through dashboards and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fleet Operations & Rider Management

• Supervise and manage daily operations of bike riders.
• Ensure riders are active, available, and properly scheduled for peak working hours.
• Manage rider attendance, discipline, complaints, and operational concerns.
• Ensure timely rider deployment across locations and zones.
• Coordinate rider shifts and ensure maximum fleet utilization.

2. KPI Monitoring & Performance Management

• Monitor rider performance dashboards on a daily basis and ensure KPI compliance.
• Track and manage key rider KPIs such as:
• Acceptance Rate
• Cancellation Rate
• Delivery Completion Rate
• Online Hours

• Customer Rating
• Late Delivery Percentage
• Order Volume per Rider
• Identify low-performing riders and take corrective actions.
• Support riders to improve productivity and reduce platform penalties.
• Ensure fleet maintains strong performance ratings on all platforms.

3. Platform Compliance & Operational Control

• Ensure riders comply with operational and platform rules for:
• Noon Food
• Noon Minutes
• Talabat
• Keeta
• Handle rider account suspensions, performance warnings, and penalty cases.
• Ensure riders follow safety guidelines and UAE traffic laws.
• Coordinate with platform support teams for operational issues and escalations.

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management including:
• Rider performance summary
• Active rider count
• KPI trends
• Fleet productivity updates
• Support management in fleet planning and growth strategy.
• Maintain proper communication between riders, management, and platform teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fleet Supervisor / Rider Supervisor / Fleet Coordinator in UAE delivery operations.
• Strong experience working with delivery platforms such as:
• Noon Food
• Talabat
• Keeta
• Strong knowledge of rider KPI monitoring and dashboard handling.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage rider teams professionally.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple riders simultaneously.
• Strong reporting and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

• Experience managing 50+ riders or large fleets.
• Strong knowledge of UAE delivery operations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to resolve rider disputes and handle escalation cases.
• Experience in rider performance improvement strategies.
