Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Senior Photographer / Videographer to lead the production of high-quality visual content for marketing campaigns, brand promotions, digital platforms, and corporate projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in professional photography, video production, editing, and storytelling. This role requires a creative professional who can capture compelling visuals that enhance brand identity and engage audiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Video Production

  • Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, and corporate use.

  • Capture professional visuals for events, products, corporate profiles, and promotional campaigns.

  • Manage the complete video production process including concept planning, shooting, lighting, and directing scenes.

Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit and enhance photos and videos using professional tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop.

  • Create engaging short-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

  • Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines.

Creative Direction & Content Development

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop visual storytelling concepts.

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for advertising campaigns and promotional videos.

  • Ensure visuals align with marketing objectives and audience engagement goals.

Equipment & Production Management

  • Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.

  • Ensure high production standards in lighting, sound, and composition.

  • Oversee studio setups and on-location shoots.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of professional experience in photography and videography.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing commercial photography and video production work.

  • Expertise with DSLR / mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and video production equipment.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).

  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and cinematic techniques.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience creating social media video content and advertisements.

  • Knowledge of drone photography or videography (plus point).

  • Experience working with brands, marketing teams, or advertising agencies.

  • Understanding of content trends for digital platforms.
